1. Acceptance of Terms

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum bet limits are set per game and per market. These limits are displayed at the point of placing a bet and are subject to change at the discretion of mysurewin, particularly for high-value events or during market volatility.

6.3 Void Bets

mysurewin reserves the right to void any bet placed under the following circumstances:

• The bet was placed after the official start time of an event (for pre-match markets).
• The odds or lines were clearly erroneous due to a technical fault or human error.
• The underlying event was cancelled, postponed, or abandoned without a result being determined.
• There is credible evidence of match-fixing, corruption, or manipulation related to the event.

6.4 Sportsbook Markets

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mysurewin platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, referral to the relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or any other mechanical or electronic means to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, fraud, or other financial crimes through the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or event.
• Opening or operating accounts on behalf of third parties.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other anonymising technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or security measures.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during your use of the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of abuse, harassment, or threatening behaviour towards mysurewin staff or other players.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the mysurewin platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and data — is the intellectual property of mysurewin or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of mysurewin. Unauthorised use may give rise to a claim for damages and/or constitute a criminal offence.

9. Privacy & Data

10. Limitation of Liability

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.

mysurewin's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you into your mysurewin account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Responsible Gaming

mysurewin is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its platform. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we take our duty of care seriously.

11.1 Age Restriction

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to mysurewin's operating licence jurisdiction. The English language version of these Terms shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency with any translation.

14.1 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to first contact the mysurewin support team (see Section 15) so that we can attempt to resolve the matter informally. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through direct communication within thirty (30) days, the dispute may be escalated to the relevant regulatory body overseeing mysurewin's licence.

You agree that any legal proceedings arising from these Terms must be brought within one (1) year of the event giving rise to the claim, failing which the claim is permanently barred.
